Well I am back again!
This is actually the second post for today so scroll down for another card and my Izzy story and picture.
Sorry everyone I just couldn't contain myself and had to share the great news!! This Sunday, March 15th, Geisha Anya from The Greeting Farm is being released in rubber!!! How exciting is that! This is one of my favorite digi stamps and it must be everyone elses' since you all voted and this is the one you selected to be created in rubber. This beautiful Anya will be released with several other Anya and Ian stamps on Sunday that will be kicked off by an awesome Guess that Anya Blog hop. Make sure you come back for that!!
So in honor of the beautiful Geisha Anya being rereleased in rubber, I decided to create a card with her.
Isn't she stunning and elegant?!!! Wow! She just calms me down when I look at her. (Sorry about the blue haze on the picture, I was running out of daylight). She exudes tranquility. Anywhoo, I started my card off by stamping, yay, my Geisha Anya by The Greeting Farm on white card stock and colored her in with my copics. I stamped her once again, cut out her flower, colored it in and popped it off with a dimensional and a rhinestone sticker. Following SCS sketch 165, I layered on two shades of blue card stock, one of which was bazzil bling and some white card stock along with some DP from Heidi Grace Designs. I am so upset at myself. I only bought one sheet of this paper and I really wish I had bought more! It is so, so pretty!!! Oh well, I then added some prima flowers, which I am totally addicted to, with some rhinestone stickers in the center. To finish my card off, I stamped the sentiment and flower from Happy Chef also by The Greeting Farm on white card stock, colored in the flower, added some bling, mounted it on my blue card stocks and popped it off in the corner. Jason even commented on how much he like the soft tranquil card! Yay!!!
Be sure to keep scrolling for my second post and don't' forget the awesome Anya and Ian Sneak peeks that start tomorrow!!!! Smiles!
